What a fun bunch of people these guys were! After photographing their engagement session, I couldn’t wait for their wedding to come along. Chrissy and James’s beautiful wedding at Joondalup Golf Resort just flowed so well. There is so much to benefit from having your ceremony and reception at the one location. They exchanged vows at the cute little gazebo in front of all their guests and then we jumped into the little golf buggies for a photo shoot on the grounds of the golf course. Because we didn’t have to travel anywhere we could spend more time in the portrait sessions having a bit of fun with the veil, playing a bit of ‘fake’ golf and cruising around in those buggies. {As a side note, I was pretty chuffed with how the photo’s turned out taken from the back of those things. It’s not easy I tell you!}
The pops of colour in Chrissy’s bouquet and the bridesmaids shoes made the pictures so vibrant and I loved how the bridesmaids dresses could be twisted in different ways, such a nice way to unify the look but keeping them individual and unique at the same time.
Chrissy was such a champion during the day, even when little hiccups occurred that were handled by her bridemaids perfectly, she carried on with that gorgeous smile. She and James made it so easy to take great pictures of them, here are some of my faves. Enjoy!
