Bishop Road Reserve, Dalkeith ~ Matilda Bay Restaurant

Kyla and Ben’s gorgeous wedding at Bishop Road Reserve and Matilda Bay restaurant was nothing short of spectacular. It was such a pleasure to photograph and we hope you enjoy these highlights. From the happy sunflowers provided by The Little Blossom Co to the flash of red from Kyla’s shoes, there was colour and fun and so much happiness.

It dared to sprinkle over the reserve just before the ceremony but it fined up just in time for the ceremony’s beginning, conducted by Celebrations by Candice it was a beautiful coming together of two souls, who obviously share a good laugh.

Kyla was preceded down the aisle by the most gorgeous little angel who had just begun her first steps and pushed a walker filled with flowers made cleverly by hand just for the day. Ceremony Secrets put together the lovely setting and a cute arbour also filled with the cheery sunflowers.

Once the ceremony was done we took pictures down by the water and over at Sunset heritage park which made an excellent backdrop for a rustic/vintage Australiana vibe to the photos.

We also managed to pop out onto the jetty at Matilda bay for some dusk photos, a glorious purple blue hue to the images looked stunning. The cocktail style reception created a relaxed entertaining evening, some hilarious speeches and lots of mingling and chatting. Mighty booths kept the fun going with lots of fun props for everyone to try.

Louise and I had such a great time capturing your special day and we hope you love the images as much as we do.
