Mariska & Top | Yellagonga Park

Photographing Mariska and Top at Yellagonga Park in the late afternoon sun was a favourite of mine. Especially because of the park’s spacious natural location. We were there at the time of afternoon when the daylight becomes dusk and the blue light that follows is just gorgeous.

Mariska and Top brought their little pups who were dressed for the occasion too in little bow-ties and we wandered about just following our nose. I think there’s nothing more special than bringing your loved fur-babies along to your shoots. It’s especially good if you are feeling at all uneasy about having your photo taken. But these two have such easy smiles and a genuine connection with each other. They have an easy grace and a natural way they wrap their arms around each other. It’s going to make their wedding photo’s look so authentically loving (is that even a phrase?). I can’t wait for their big day in the Swan Valley. It’s going to be amazing I’m sure!
